Context Coaching

Hattem Advisors brings a highly experienced and individualized approach to coaching that builds on a foundation of understanding, trust and candor.

Context Coaching

Most coaching exercises rely extensively on standardized personality assessments and “360” reviews directed to identifying perceived areas of improvements–or truly, where anonymous others think you can do better. Hattem Advisors comes to the mission differently by focusing on you and your operating environment.

The first step in the process is gathering data about your professional journey, pivotal experiences, strengths and challenges. Next, we examine your organization–its structure, decision-makers, influencers, culture, teams and key constituents. We then develop skills and techniques that are practical, impactful and authentic to:

  • Enhance inner strength and remove barriers.
  •  Deepen relationships of trust and influence.
  •  Increase your leadership impact.
  • Manage your team to be the best-in-class and a valued partner to the organization.

We will be clear-eyed about your strengths, challenges, opportunities and persona as the underpinning for sustainable growth. Together, we will create an action plan that is personal and authentic and designed to most effectively navigate your professional world with clarity and integrity.

Of course, along the way, we will evaluate progress, discuss thorny issues and experiences, applaud successes, consider new approaches and adapt accordingly. And, we will do all of this based on trust and candor enabling us to get the best out of each other and the process.

This is Context Coaching. Let us help you achieve growth, impact and fulfillment.
